Parents of students who study in the school that has an account with us can also pay their fees online.

Online School Data Management, the owner of the website promisses to refund any setup fee within the first three months of the first time usage of the software of the new schoolyear . After this point in time the school will be charged the annual fee for using the online software located at

After the three months have crossed any payment done by the school to Online School Data Management will no longer be refunded. This is because the payment of the annual subscription implies the automatic renewal of the yearly subscription for the usage of the website.

Refund policy for the payment of schoolfees through the software
Online School Data Management, the owner of has no liabillity regarding the payments done throught the website regarding schoolfees. Any dispute between a school who uses the online software and a parent of a student studying in that school should be settled with the school directly. Online School Data Management will never refund any schoolfee paid through their website.

The school that is using the software is responsible and liable for their own Refund Policy. The school will be the only one acting on their own Refund Policy.
